Generalised Anxiety

You may feel worried about everyday things like work or finances. This worry is usually constant and hard to stop, making it difficult to relax or enjoy your daily routine.

Social Anxiety

You might feel extremely nervous in social situations, such as talking to new people or being in a group. This can lead to avoiding social events or public speaking.

Panic Disorder

You may experience sudden and intense episodes of fear, often with physical symptoms like a racing heart or shortness of breath. These episodes can be very frightening and overwhelming.
